Rates are based on double occupancy. For extra persons in a room add $25 per person per night (Master and Bamboo Rooms only)

Price range varies depending upon demand or if stay is for one night.

Master Room $150.00 – $170 per night + tax
Ocean Room $105.00 – $125 per night + tax
Bamboo Room $105.00 – $125 per night + tax

Taxes = 12.416%

Breakfast

Aloha Big Island B&B offers a fresh island continental breakfast of seasonal tropical fruits and a variety of bakery items served up in the kitchen at 7:30am.

The breakfast bar is open for you to enjoy and embellish your meal anytime during the breakfast hour. There you will find homemade tropical preserves, pineapple juice, nut butter, organic dairy products (when available), a choice selection of teas and of course 100% Kona coffee to add to your breakfast.

Your host may surprise you one morning with something a little heartier like applie pie pancake, cheesy eggs and english muffins or homemade tropical granola.

Enjoy the many places provided for you to enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast bar has bar stool seating, or enjoy the full formal dining table. Also, the lanai and poolside offer comfortable outdoor tables and chairs so you can enjoy awakening with the birds, geckos and rising sun.

Procedures

• NO COOKING FACILITIES AVAILABLE – we are a Bed and Breakfast true to the word and so we offer wonderful beds and breakfasts. We do not offer guests the use of our working kitchen, nor do we offer a BBQ.
• SAME DAY BOOKINGS – We do not accept reservations after 12 noon of arrival day
• CHECK IN is no sooner than 3pm
• IMPORTANT: ETA – Call or email at least by the morning of arrival day with estimated time of arrival
• CHECK OUT is 11am
• LATE CHECK OUT UNTIL 5PM (if possible) – charge of the normal room rate is charged if you require a late check-out
• ONE-NIGHT STAY – additional charge of $20 for a one-night stay and full payment at time of reservation
• EXTRA PERSON IN A ROOM – additional charge of $25 per night per extra person in a room, extra $20 per night for children under 10yrs of age (Master and Bamboo only)
• TAXES – All rates subject to 12.416% tax
• DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM RESERVATION – 50% of room total is required to confirm a reservation
• FULL PAYMENT – we require payment in full if reservation is made within our 30 day cancellation period
• CANCELLATION – Cancel 30 days before arrival – deposit is refunded less $50 per room
• HOLIDAY CANCELLATION – no refunds during holiday times (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving and Long Weekends)
• NO NOTICE OF CANCELLATION – deposit is forfeited
• CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED – Visa and Mastercard
• Malihini and Kama’aina rates available (Hawaii State Residents)
• All rates and policies are subject to change without notice
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
