Procedures

  • NO COOKING FACILITIES AVAILABLE – we are a Bed and Breakfast true to the word and so we offer wonderful beds and breakfasts. We do not offer guests the use of our working kitchen, nor do we offer a BBQ.
  • SAME DAY BOOKINGS – We do not accept reservations after 12 noon of arrival day
  • CHECK IN is no sooner than 3pm
  • IMPORTANT: ETA – Call or email at least by the morning of arrival day with estimated time of arrival
  • CHECK OUT is 11am
  • LATE CHECK OUT UNTIL 5PM (if possible) – charge of the normal room rate is charged if you require a late check-out
  • ONE-NIGHT STAY – additional charge of $20 for a one-night stay and full payment at time of reservation
  • EXTRA PERSON IN A ROOM – additional charge of $25 per night per extra person in a room, extra $20 per night for children under 10yrs of age (Master and Bamboo only)
  • TAXES – All rates subject to 12.416% tax
  • DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM RESERVATION – 50% of room total is required to confirm a reservation
  • FULL PAYMENT – we require payment in full if reservation is made within our 30 day cancellation period
  • CANCELLATION – Cancel 30 days before arrival – deposit is refunded less $50 per room
  • HOLIDAY CANCELLATION – no refunds during holiday times (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving and Long Weekends)
  • NO NOTICE OF CANCELLATION – deposit is forfeited
  • CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED – Visa and Mastercard
  • Malihini and Kama’aina rates available (Hawaii State Residents)
  • All rates and policies are subject to change without notice
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
